Child Safety & CSAE Standards

1. Scope
These published standards apply to the mobile app and related services branded The Moment 24 (“Service”), operated by goodday lab. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any attempt to solicit or share such content on or through the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 14 (or the higher minimum age required in a user’s country). Accounts and content involving anyone under the applicable age must not include sexual content of any kind.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
- Any CSAM or content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor
- Soliciting, creating, uploading, linking to, or distributing CSAE material
- Using DMs, comments, profiles, or moments to groom or sexually solicit minors
- Attempting to circumvent age, reporting, or safety controls
4. Reporting in the app
Users can report content and accounts from within the app (report / block flows). You may also email our child safety contact: goodday.lab.jp@gmail.com with the subject line [CSAE] or [Child Safety].
5. How we respond to CSAM / CSAE
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE on the Service, we take appropriate action, which may include:
- Removing the content and restricting related accounts
- Preserving relevant records as required for investigation and legal compliance
- Suspending or permanently terminating accounts
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority (for example, NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable, or the competent authority in the Republic of Korea / other relevant jurisdictions)
- Cooperating with lawful requests from Google Play and law enforcement

7. Legal compliance
We strive to comply with applicable child safety laws and platform policies, including Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. We may update these standards as laws and practices evolve.

본 기준은 굿데이랩이 운영하는 The Moment 24(“서비스”)에 적용되며, 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침을 보완합니다.
2. CSAE 무관용
서비스에서 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM), 그루밍, 미성년자 성애화, 인신매매, 관련 콘텐츠의 유포·유인 시도를 금지합니다.
서비스는 만 14세 미만(또는 해당 국가의 더 높은 최소 연령) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 해당 연령 미만과 관련된 성적 콘텐츠는 허용되지 않습니다.
3. 금지 행위
- CSAM 및 미성년자를 성적·위험하게 다루는 모든 콘텐츠
- CSAE 자료의 제작·업로드·링크·배포·요청
- DM·댓글·프로필·모먼트를 통한 그루밍·성적 유인
- 연령·신고·안전 기능 우회 시도
4. 앱 내 신고
앱에서 콘텐츠·계정을 신고·차단할 수 있습니다. 아동 안전 문의는 goodday.lab.jp@gmail.com 으로 보내 주시고, 제목에 [CSAE] 또는 [아동 안전]을 넣어 주세요.
5. CSAM / CSAE 대응
서비스에서 CSAM·CSAE를 인지하면 다음을 포함한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
- 콘텐츠 삭제 및 관련 계정 제한
- 조사·법령 준수를 위한 관련 기록 보존
- 계정 정지·영구 해지
- 확인된 CSAM을 관할 기관에 신고 (해당되는 경우 NCMEC CyberTipline, 대한민국 등 관할 당국)
- Google Play 및 수사기관의 적법한 요청에 대한 협조
